Event curator EOI - Friend of the Australia Pavilion

This form is for not - for profit organisations to express interest in becoming a Friend of the Australia Pavilion to provide curatorial services towards the planning, implementation, and delivery of an event in the Australia Pavilion.

If your organisation’s EOI to become a Friend of the Australia Pavilion is successful, we will ask you to submit a separate form with more detailed information about your event proposal

I confirm that I/my Organisation:

• has read the Australia Pavilion – Friends of the Australia Pavilion and Australia Pavilion Program Curators Guide
• is able to demonstrate alignment to the Australia Pavilion programming pillar/s and/or cross-cutting values
• is unencumbered by real or perceived conflict with the Australian Government
• does not operate for the profit, personal gain, or other benefit of particular people
• is a responsible and reputable Organisation whose name would enhance the reputation of Australia's involvement in Expo 2025 Osaka
• Is willing to work with the Australian Government to promote Australia's strengths in key sectors and capabilities to advance the bilateral relationship.

Expression of Interest (EOI) will remain open until 31 December 2024.

Responses to the Expression of Interest will be assessed progressively to meet project timelines.  This may result in a value-in-kind opportunity no longer being available in an advertised category (early applications are encouraged). There are limitations surrounding the types of construction, fit-out, landscaping, building services and equipment that can be provided, proposals should be discussed with DFAT prior to submitting an EOI.
